Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how and when you can request a refund for amounts you have paid to MrrBase, LLC (operator of APIYI). This policy supplements our Terms of Service.
1. Eligibility
1.1 You may request a refund within thirty (30) days of the date of your top-up. No reason is required within this window.
1.2 After 30 days from the top-up date, refunds are not available, except where required by applicable law.
2. Refund Amount
Refundable Amount = Recharged Amount − Used Amount − Promotional Bonus − Processing Fees.
Example: If you topped up $100 (and received a $10 promotional bonus) and used $30, the refundable amount is $60. The $10 promotional bonus is deducted because it was not paid by you.
Stripe processing fees on the original transaction are not refundable to MrrBase and will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. How to Request a Refund
Please send a refund request via any of the following channels. Include your account username and the email "Refund Request + Username" so we can locate your account quickly.

4. Processing Time
4.1 Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
4.2 Stripe / international card refunds: typically 3–7 business days, depending on your issuing bank.
4.3 Domestic WeChat / Alipay refunds: typically 1–3 business days.
4.4 Cross-border refund routing: if the region of your original payment method is not supported by Stripe at the time of refund (e.g., Russia, Belarus), we will refund you through an alternative channel (WeChat Pay, Alipay, or bank transfer). Processing time may extend to 7–14 business days.
5. Exclusions
5.1 Amounts that have already been consumed (used balance) are not refundable.
5.2 Promotional credits, bonus credits, and gift credits are not refundable.
5.3 For users in Mainland China who have already been issued a fapiao (tax invoice), the invoiced portion cannot be refunded unless the invoice is voided in accordance with applicable tax law.
6. Chargebacks
6.1 Please contact [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues directly and quickly.
6.2 Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in suspension or termination of your account, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
