Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the Service to:

• Engage in any illegal activity or facilitate any activity that violates applicable law.

• Generate or distribute content that sexually exploits or abuses minors (CSAM), or content that sexualizes minors.

• Generate content that incites or promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or genocide.

• Generate or distribute malware, ransomware, phishing kits, or any code intended to compromise computer systems.

• Engage in fraud, deception, scams, identity theft, or impersonation without authorization.

• Generate spam, automated mass messaging, or content that violates anti-spam laws.

• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with safety, security, or content moderation features of any upstream AI provider.

• Attempt to extract model weights, training data, or to use the Service to train competing AI models.

• Use the Service to harass, stalk, threaten, or violate the privacy of any individual.

• Engage in any activity that violates the rights of third parties, including intellectual property and privacy rights.

When you use the Service, you are also bound by the usage policies of the upstream AI model providers whose models you access, including:

• OpenAI Usage Policies

• Anthropic Acceptable Use Policy

• Google AI / Gemini Use Policies

• xAI Terms of Use

Any violation of an upstream provider's policy is also a violation of this AUP.

3.1 We may, at our sole discretion, take action against accounts that violate this AUP, including warning, throttling, suspension, or termination.

3.2 Termination for AUP violation is treated as termination for cause; the Refund Policy may not apply to terminated accounts.

3.3 We may report violations to law enforcement or affected third parties where appropriate or required by law.
